Arthur Arsyonov, also known as Art Looi or looi, is a product leader (CPO / Head of Product), founder of Looi Studio, and builder of AI-native agent systems including OpenClaw and Radar. He builds private AI infrastructure — closed AI loops — for companies that cannot let data leave their perimeter, and runs AI-native transformation of product development cycles.

Looi Studio was a Moscow-based digital product design studio founded and led by Arthur Arsyonov. It operated from 2013 to 2022 and shipped more than 200 launched products and strategy cases.

OpenClaw is Arthur's local multi-agent AI operating environment. It is used for memory, autonomous tasks, agent orchestration, research, content workflows, and product operations.
